Important Information
Note regarding toddlers: Children under 3 years old travel for free! No deposit is required for them. However, as the number of seats on board is strictly limited, you must include them in your online booking to guarantee their spot.
Family Discount: A 7% discount is granted for groups of 4 or more paying passengers from the same household. This discount will be automatically calculated and deducted from the balance due on site.

Every day throughout July and August, step on board for an unforgettable day aboard the JLD'A.
Departing from the Port of Toulon, experience the Mediterranean in a brand-new way aboard an authentic 1947 tall ship.
With sails hoisted, enjoy sailing across Europe’s greatest bay, anchoring in turquoise coves, swimming, paddleboarding, snorkeling, and relaxing on the historic teak deck… everything is perfectly set up for a timeless day out.
The crew will welcome you with the Captain's Aperitif and serve a delicious lunch on board in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

A Typical Day Itinerary
10:00 AM: Meet in front of the sailing ship
The crew welcomes you at the Quai de la Sinse for boarding and a quick safety briefing.
10:30 AM: Departure from the Port of Toulon
Set sail across Europe’s largest bay, heading toward Le Pradet, Carqueiranne, the Giens Peninsula, and more. Cold drinks and sweet treats are served on deck during the crossing. Passengers who wish to do so can help the crew handle the lines and sails!
12:30 PM: Relaxation & swimming in a crystal-clear cove
We drop anchor in a pristine cove along the Var coast, beautifully sheltered from the wind and waves.
The crew will then provide:
🍹 The Captain’s Aperitif served on board
🥗 Lunch served under the cool shade of the sun awnings
☕ Coffee and tea
🤿 Stand-up paddleboards, masks, snorkels, and pool noodles available throughout the stopover
4:00 PM: Setting sail back toward Toulon
5:30 PM: Arrival at the Port of Toulon
Life Aboard the JLD'A
What to Bring:
✓ A light jacket or windbreaker, even in summer.
✓ Sunglasses and sunscreen.
✓ A swimsuit and a towel.
✓ Shoes that are easy to slip off, or thick socks if the weather is cool.
Good to Know Before Boarding:
To help preserve the historic teak deck of this traditional tall ship (officially classified as a Boat of Heritage Interest), please respect our house rules:

✓ No dogs allowed
✓ No potato chips (crisps) allowed
✓ No dancing on deck

CURRENT MENU
ADULTS AND TEENAGERS
Main Course: Mixed salad served in individual portions (pasta, lamb's lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, cooked tuna chunks, black olives, and pesto vinaigrette). Served with bread.
Dessert: Coconut milk and chia seed pudding, served with a red berry coulis on the side.
CHILDREN (Under 12 years old)
Main Course: Pasta salad served in individual portions with homemade pesto, white ham, and cubed Emmental cheese. Served with bread.
Dessert: Fruit compote (applesauce).
